Global Fund proposal guidance
The World Health Organization provides technical guidance to applicant countries of the Global Fund in the areas of HIV/AIDS, malaria, tuberculosis, and Health systems strengthening (HSS).

Resubmitting a Round 8 proposal
High demands for Round 9
For the past 8 rounds, HIV, TB and Malaria Departments, in collaboration with WHO Regional Offices, have coordinated technical assistance and support to countries in the preparation of Global Fund proposals. There are now more and more countries applying for Global Fund grants, which in turn adds to the higher demand for WHO to provide high quality technical assistance.

GLOBAL FUND SNAPSHOT
Technical Review Panel (TRP) The TRP Reports outline the main strengths and weaknesses of the components of the related round, and the TRP recommendations to the Board.
Cross-cutting issues - gender
WHO's Departments of Gender, Women and Health and HIV/AIDS in collaboration with UNAIDS are providing technical assistance to countries and to the Global Fund Secretariat to address gender inequalities in several ways.
