Craniofacial abnormalities

Craniofacial abnormalities (CFAs), or anomalies, are congenital structural deformities, malformations or other abnormalities of the skull (cranium) or facial bones. Most common forms of CFA appear to arise from a combination of genetic factors and environmental influences.
